Diana Johnstone sells re-sales in the historical community of Oceanside Village, The Keys, Melody Gardens and Bermuda Bay. Diana also sells "NEW' homes in Bermuda Bay as well as The Villas at Tupelo Bay. She has held the title of "Top Sales Agent" the past 9 years for re-sales in Oceanside Village. Diana and her husband, Jerry, have been homeowners in Oceanside Village since 1984. They had originally planned to live here only part time, however they fell in love with the Village and never went back home. She has a daughter, Michelle Sawyer, who also lives in Oceanside Village with the newest addition to the family, their "Grand Puppy" Gigi, a lovable little Yorkipoo born on 9/11/05. The new grand parents take their responsibilities very seriously since Michelle accepted a job in Georgetown with a division of AMP and Gigi is with them all the time. Gigi is simply delightful and now weighs 3 lbs. She is a frequent visitor to Rose Real Estate giving "puppy kisses" to everyone. Diana and Jerry remain very active in all community activities within Oceanside Village. So if they're not at work, you can usually find them at the community clubhouse. Stop by Rose Real Estate on the corner of Melody Lane and Highway 17 South in Surfside Beach and say hello. "Diana Update" Jerry has now retired - Gigi is 4 whole pounds - Their daughter Michelle has changed jobs and is now working as an Interactive Retail Account Executive for The Sun News. Diana was blessed to receive the 2006 Top Sales Award for Oceanside Village.
